Qat Link Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a public offer from Qat Bilişim ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (“Qat Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “Provider”) to any individual using Qat Link (the “User” or “you”).

By downloading, opening, using Qat Link, importing a VPN configuration, starting a subscription, or otherwise accessing the service, you accept these Terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms. If you use Qat Link on behalf of another person, organization, or partner brand, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

We may update these Terms when the service, App Store requirements, partner model, pricing, infrastructure, or applicable law changes. The updated version applies from the date of publication unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

2. Service and license

Qat Link is an iOS VPN client and related digital service that allows users to import approved VPN configurations and connect through infrastructure prepared for Qat Link or authorized white-label partner services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Qat Link app and service for personal, lawful access to the configured VPN service, subject to these Terms, the App Store rules, and any applicable partner configuration terms.

Qat Link does not guarantee access to every website, application, country, protocol, service, or network route. Availability may depend on the selected configuration, network conditions, regional restrictions, third-party services, and technical maintenance.

3. App access, configurations, and accounts

Access to Qat Link is provided through the official iOS app distributed via Apple platforms or other channels we expressly authorize.

VPN access may require an approved configuration, subscription, license, partner entitlement, account, or other authorization method. You must not use configurations, credentials, subscriptions, or entitlements that were not issued to you or that you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for keeping access credentials, configuration files, device access, and account information confidential. You must notify support if you believe access has been compromised.

Device limits, simultaneous connection limits, traffic limits, supported countries, and available features may depend on the configuration, subscription, plan, partner agreement, or App Store product selected.

4. Advertising and free access

Qat Link may display advertising, including ads provided through Google AdMob or the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Advertising may help support free, trial, partner, or lower-cost access to the service. Ads must not be manipulated, fraudulently clicked, hidden, blocked by abusive technical behavior, or used in a way that violates advertising network rules.

Advertising and app tracking are governed by our Privacy Policy, your consent choices, Apple App Tracking Transparency rules, Google policies, and applicable law. VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, and traffic content are not used to personalize ads.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You agree to use Qat Link only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, App Store rules, and the rules of any configuration or partner service you use.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• using the service to commit, facilitate, conceal, or support illegal activity;
• sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive automated traffic;
• distributing malware, viruses, trojans, phishing pages, botnets, or harmful code;
• scanning ports, brute-forcing passwords, credential stuffing, unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, or other attacks against networks, systems, or users;
• distributing child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, violent extremist material, or content that is illegal under applicable law;
• reselling, sublicensing, sharing, reverse engineering, modifying, or interfering with the Qat Link app, configurations, or infrastructure except where expressly allowed by us;
• attempting to bypass device limits, subscription checks, App Store billing rules, regional restrictions, security controls, or advertising consent mechanisms.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to mandatory law and App Store rules.

6. Fair use and service quality

Qat Link is intended for ordinary lawful VPN use. If a plan or configuration is described as unlimited, that does not permit abusive, automated, resale, server-hosting, or network-disruptive use.

We may limit speed, restrict protocols, suspend a configuration, rotate infrastructure, or pause access if usage creates abnormal load, harms service quality for other users, threatens security, violates these Terms, or appears fraudulent or abusive.

Network performance depends on your device, ISP, location, chosen configuration, server load, destination service, regional restrictions, and third-party networks. We do not guarantee a minimum speed, latency, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

If Qat Link offers subscriptions, in-app purchases, trials, renewals, or paid features through the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record for those transactions.

App Store payments, renewals, cancellations, trial conversions, billing disputes, taxes, and refunds are governed by Apple’s rules, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and applicable App Store procedures. We cannot issue Apple refunds directly outside Apple’s refund process.

If a Qat Link digital service is purchased outside the Apple App Store, payment and refund eligibility are determined by the payment channel used and mandatory consumer protection laws. Where permitted by applicable law, including Article 15(ğ) of the Republic of Türkiye Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), a digital service that has started to be performed or made available electronically may not be eligible for withdrawal-based refund or exchange.

8. Third-party platforms and services

Apple processes App Store downloads, updates, subscriptions, in-app purchases, refunds, device data, Apple ID information, and billing information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

Google may process advertising-related information when ads are provided through Google AdMob or the Google Mobile Ads SDK, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party websites, applications, networks, platforms, payment providers, ad networks, partner services, and destination services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, or decisions to block, throttle, restrict, or modify access.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Qat Link is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, censorship-proof, block-proof, or always-compatible operation.

We are not liable for losses, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, device problems, third-party service failures, destination service blocks, network restrictions, government restrictions, ISP actions, App Store decisions, advertising network decisions, maintenance, or outages, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

No refund, compensation, recalculation, or damages will be provided for inability to access specific websites, applications, services, countries, protocols, or network routes, except where required by mandatory applicable law or App Store rules.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data, technical data, advertising-related data, and no-logs commitments are described in the Qat Link Privacy Policy at /privacy.

You agree that use of Qat Link may involve limited technical data processing needed to operate the service, validate access, provide support, prevent abuse, show ads where applicable, and comply with law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, attempt fraud, violate App Store or advertising rules, or if we are required to do so by law or platform requirements.

You may stop using Qat Link at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. You must manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country or region require otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at link@qat.com.tr so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ankara, Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides another venue.
