Qat Link Refund Policy

1. App Store purchases and subscriptions

If you purchased a Qat Link subscription, in-app purchase, or other paid digital service through the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record for that transaction. Refund requests, subscription cancellations, billing disputes, trial conversions, renewal charges, taxes, and eligibility decisions are handled under Apple's App Store rules and applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

To request a refund from Apple, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. Apple may approve or deny a request at its discretion and according to the rules that apply in your country or region.

2. Cancelling an App Store subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Removing the app, deleting an account, or stopping use of the service does not cancel billing by itself.

3. Purchases outside the App Store

If a Qat Link digital service is purchased outside the Apple App Store, refund eligibility is determined by the terms of the payment channel used and mandatory consumer protection laws. Where permitted by applicable law, including Article 15(ğ) of the Republic of Türkiye Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), a digital service that has started to be performed or made available electronically may not be eligible for withdrawal-based refund or exchange.

This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the law that applies in your country or region.

4. Technical access issues

If you paid successfully but cannot access the service, contact us before submitting a refund request so we can check the subscription status, account access, configuration, and connection issue. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access when the problem is on our side.
